New Brunch Goodies At Brother Marcus!

We’ve added some fresh faces to our brunch menu — and they’re already stealing the spotlight. Think cosy, seasonal dishes with bold East Med flavours, made for sharing and savouring over coffee, cocktails, and good company.

One of the stars of the new menu is the Greek Sausage Bayildi — smoked feta sausage with aubergine bayildi, ladopita, zhough and feta. (Tip: it’s even better with a fried egg.)

The Granola & Apple is a bright, fresh way to start the day — poached apple, caramelised pistachios, granola, Greek yoghurt and dark chocolate flakes. And if you’re craving something sweet, don’t miss the Tsoureki: our signature brioche that’s crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, layered with tahini custard, cheesecake cream, almonds and rose dukkah.
