As you all know brunch is a favourite at Brother Marcus which is why we are very excited to be part of Tabasco UK Summer Brunch Session this July. We have created a special brunch dish and Bloody Mary using TABASCO® Sauce which is available at all three of our sites throughout July. 🌶
Our chefs had some fun trying out all the TABASCO® Brand Pepper Sauces and coming up with dishes. The winning combination that will be on the menu is malawach, an Israeli buttery flatbread, topped with asparagus, TABASCO®Green Sauce zhough and a couple ofdashes of TABASCO® Sauce over the poached egg.
To celebrate the start of the month-long collaboration there will be a DJ and live music on the 3rd & 4th July at our Spitalfields site.
